By Theola Labbé-DeBose

D.C. police have made a second arrest in the homicide of 17-year-old Ricardo Vondell Minger.

Donald Crosland, 17, of Southeast Washington, turned himself into police Wednesday and was charged as an adult with murder, police said.

Minger was fatally shot on Jan. 7 in the 5300 block of E Street SE. Two days later, police arrested Kevin Lamont Clark, 23, of Hyattsville and charged him with first-degree murder while armed in the death.

According to charging documents in that case, a witness inside of an apartment on E Street SE saw three men come in and one suspect pull out a gun and shoot.

Crosland faces charges of first-degree murder while armed.
