D.C. man dies after Memorial Day weekend shooting
A D.C. man who was wounded in a May 30 shooting has died, police said Friday.
Antoine Buckner, 32, died Thursday June 3 after being shot in the 600 block of 46th Pl SE around 10:25 p.m. on May 30.
Police said Buckner, who lived in the same block where he was shot, was found by police lying on the ground and unconscious. He went to the hospital, where he remained in critical condition before he died several days later.
