Girl charged in Latisha Frazier killing
A sixth person has been arrested in the death of Latisha Frazier, 18, of Southeast Washington, D.C. police said Tuesday.
Lanee Bell, 17, also of Southeast, was arrested Saturday on a booking order charging her with felony murder in the Aug. 2 kidnapping and beating death of Frazier.
