Suspect hurt on day Levy disappeared: Landlord

A woman who knew Ingmar Guandique testified Wednesday morning that Guandique showed up looking battered and saying he had been in a fight with his girlfriend on the day Chandra Levy disappeared.

Guandique, who is charged with killing Levy, is on trial in D.C. Superior Court. On the third day of testimony, Sheila Phillips took the stand to recall her relationship with her former tenant. Phililps managed the Northwest Washington apartment building where he lived in 2001.

Phillips came to know Guandique through family and work connections. She said Guandique's May 1, 2001, visit to her family's Georgia Avenue apartment was the second time he had turned up looking for a place to spend the night after a dispute with his girlfriend, Iris Portillo.

But unlike the first dispute, which had happened in April, this one had turned violent, Guandique told Phillips. His face was cut, his lip was swollen, and his neck was scratched, Phillips recalled.

"He told me he had a physical altercation with Iris," Phillips testified. "He just said they had gotten into a fight."

Asked by Phillips if he had hit Portillo, Guandique said assured her he had not and that the police would not be showing up on her doorstep looking for him, Phillips testified.

On cross-examination, Santha Sonenberg of the D.C. Public Defender Service questioned Phillips on the precision of her recollection of the events of 2001.

In her grand jury testimony, Phillips said she wasn't sure of the exact date of the visit by Guandique when he was battered. In later questioning Wednesday, she said it was "the first week of May" and was not as specific as she was in earlier testimony the same day, when she said it was May 1.

http://www.rickhyatt.freeservers.com/pages/Gary%20Condit%20murder%20confession%20transcript.html is where you will find "The Condit Transcript," a report I made in 1977 to my boss, which he counter-signed and was sealed. This was after I'd witnessed them (plural) dispose of a "Sexual Political Embarrassment" at their Ipswitch flat in UK. While I was in US Army MI as an enlisted man and utilized as an espionage operative under the Dir. Ops, CIA.
When the Chandra case broke in 2001, I recognized Condit on TV right away, even though, at first, he wouldn't speak out loud.
I called, faxed, wrote and everything the DC PD with that M.O. (Dismembered body, parts missing [souvenirs], soft parts flushed down the toilet, well bled through the bathtub drain, head kept for a while as a sex toy, then smashed, the eyes poked out, feet tied with underwear - They ENJOY what they do & get Police and Political support - That's how Condit found a patsy in advance, Guandique, from government data bases, I am sure.)
I told them this and more IN ADVANCE of Chandra's body being found just like that in plastic trash bags, having been transported & dumped by way of car trunk..
Can you convince me Grandique raped & killed her, had the foresight to bring black trash bags and such tools, dismembered her, and hauled them up to the top of a valley from the jogging trails? Even the Prosecutors now say she was killed elsewhere and the remains dumped there.
Condit and a love affair? No, there are reports that Chandra worked for DC "Madam" Deborah Palfrey & please note that both she & Brandy Britton (See their 1977 photos on my website) recently "Hung themselves." How convenient.
To this day, authorities ignore me (But surveil me like crazy), - this travesty of Justice is merely to protect somebody or somebodies high-ranking. Grandique's own defense lawyers won't call nor subpeona me, even.
No wonder it's such a high-ranking cop testifying what he did, on Tuesday.
http://www.rickhyatt.freeservers.com for 1977 photos of Condit & I sharing a British Army barracks room in Duesseldorf. How the CIA figured he was going to infiltrate Congress with his "Services," and now you know why... It's so blackmailed by foreign & hostile powers.

She will have to live with this if this man is found guilty, because she's lying though her teeth. How can she remember one minute that he showed up in the first week in May, but when she saw the grand jury she couldn't remember.
