Feds: Virginia firms billed Medicaid for care not provided
Federal and Virginia officials filed a False Claims Act complaint in western Virginia against a residential facility in Marion, Va., which receives Medicaid funds to provide psychiatric treatment for teen-age boys. The officials allege that Medicaid was billed for inpatient care that was not provided.
