In this video, Post reporter Debbi Wilgoren discusses the arrest of Christopher B. Speight, who is accused of shooting eight people and downing a State Police helicopter in Appomattox, Va., on Tuesday. Speight surrendered this morning after a 20-hour manhunt in the woods near his home.
