More Evidence Fenty Remains Popular

In case his 72 percent approval rating in the Post's January poll wasn't enough, the mayor just won "Best Local Hero" in the Washington City Paper's first reader poll in 20 years. Fenty beat out Marion Barry, Eleanor Holmes Norton and rocker Ian MacKaye for the honor. We're not sure what the criteria were for that category, but D.C. Wire offers a tip of our e-cap to Fenty and the City Paper on their achievements.

Who are they polling?

Ward 4 it is not who are they polling it is who is DOING the pollling.

I am suspicious with this affair between the Mayor and David Nakamura. If you get too close to David's nose you may well smell the Mayor's behind.
