Breaking News: Plan to End Homelessness
Mayor Adrian M. Fenty announced this afternoon a plan to help end chronic homelessness in the city, pledging initially to house 480 people in six months at a cost of $19.2 million.

That is a great plan, free permanent housing, free social services, free food, free health care and you don't have to do a thing except collect these freebies?
Where can I sign up for the nanny-government lotto? I'd like to live for free, too!
