First of all whatever he was saying can barely be understood. I believe it was dirty politics. The man is a hypocrite and needs to continue his NA meetings and focus on getting himself sober rather than continuously running for City Council claiming that he knows how to do his "job" yet WARD 8 remains to be same and has been for decades now. What exactly is he doing? I believe the only thing that he is familiar with is a pipe.
