Gray Endorses Michael Brown for Council
Council Chairman Vincent C. Gray has endorsed Michael Brown for the non-Democratic at-large council seat in the general election. His colleague and incumbent Carol Schwartz (R-At-Large) isn't pleased. That's just one of the developments in this race, which is also producing other fascinating alliances.
