D.C. Dems Party for Obama
After Barack Obama was declared president-elect, the D.C. Democrats erupted in cheers at the Madison Hotel tonight. D.C. Council Chairman Vincent Gray (glasses) and former council member Vincent Orange (in hat) were at the center of a dance celebration.
