D.C. Polls Close
D.C. Elections Board spokesman Daniel Murphy announced the polls have closed. Any residents still standing in line after 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote, but Murphy's email cites board Chairman Errol Arthur as saying most precincts do not have lines. D.C. Wire is going to go out on a limb and call the city's 3 electoral college votes for Democrat Barack Obama.
