Clowning Around at Polling Place
Howard University's news service reports today that a clown was arrested outside a polling place for selling American flags without a permit.
We don't mean to make too light of things, but the incident reminded some of us of a certain age of the character Homey D. Clown, made famous by comic Damon Wayans.
