Marathon Council Meeting Highlights
It was more than 13 hours of legislating for the last council meeting of the year and the session. Nikita Stewart and Hamil Harris hung in until the very end, and got to see the council in full tradition mode, as members honored their departing colleague Carol Schwartz (R-At Large).
