Schwartz Says Farewell
Councilmember Carol Schwartz (R-At Large) bid farewell to her colleagues late last night at the end of the legislative session. It's tradition for a departing councilmember to be honored with a crystal bowl at the last meeting. Such was the case last night when Chairman Vincent C. Gray presented Schwartz with her gift and she offered a few words.
