Graham Voted Chair of WMATA Board for 2nd Time
Councilmember Jim Graham (D-Ward 1) today was elected chairman of the WMATA board for the second time. Councilmember Graham has been a member of the board since 1999 and previously served as chairman in 2003. He succeeds Christopher Zimmerman of Arlington County, Va.
