D.C. Wire Video: UDC President on Proposed Changes

Allen Sessoms, president of the University of the District of Columbia, came by The Post yesterday to discuss his vision for the school, his plan to split it into a community college and a four-year institution, and the proposal to double the tuition for the latter. See the video below.
