Fenty Schedule Shows He's Back in Town
Mayor Adrian M. Fenty's schedule has him back in the city today and at a ribbon-cutting at 16th Street and Columbia Road NW for a new Metrobus Express Route ribbon-cutting
at 10 a.m. We tried last week to find out where he'd gone off to for a few days, but to no avail. His spokeswoman Mafara Hobson would only say that the mayor was out of town. Fenty had been the target of critics recently for his travels.

I'd be running too if I left the city in shambles the way he's done. But I guess it's time to face the music.
