Guess Who Paid Their Rent on Time?
The Washington Nationals, that's who. The 2009 season hasn't even started and the team has paid the $3.75 million, apparently without a fuss, unlike the drama from last season.

I am pleased to see the Lerners getting back on the right side of the law. The stunt they pulled last year was reprehensible. Out of protest, I had pledged never to set foot in their [rented] stadium. Now I can stay away out of a lack of interest in their horrible baseball team.

Cool. I hope to get to a couple games this year. I wasn't able too last year.
The team doesn't have to be good, to have a good time at the ballpark, people. Go to see the people they're playing if nothing else.

WEll since they are not a winning team, maybe it's time for a rent increase.
