Ximena Hartsock, Acting Director of the D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation, checks in on children exercising at the Hillcrest Community Center in SE Washington. Hartsock, a former principal, is a proponent of school children getting plenty of exercise during the school day.

Of course she is quoting the mayor. She's just better to keep this new job. I've heard great things about her but, not to be rude, don't people have to be able to understand her clearly to follow along?
