New indictment details Loza conversations
In a superseding indictment filed Thursday, Ted G. Loza was charged with conspiracy to commit bribery, an additional count of bribery, a count of extortion and a count of making false statements. The charges are in addition to the two bribery charges that were brought in September against Loza, who worked as D.C. Council member Jim Graham's chief of staff for more than a decade.

Fenty proposes to use bag tax money for street sweeping
