Albert aide is new Fenty flack
Mike DeBonis reports that Sean Madigan, a top aide to City Administrator Neil Albert, has joined the list of Fenty administration workers who have moved over to work on his reelection campaign.
Madigan will handle media inquiries fro Fenty 2010.
