I wonder what got Ms. Armao so mad while she was interviewing Chairman Gray. Toward the end of the interview she kept looking off screen with an annoyed look on her face.

No one has to wonder what Fenty's priority in school "reform" is now that he named the teacher contract as the first in his list of accomplishments. Rhee was so pleased with herself she wrote to the New York Daily News on June 13 that they should follow her lead before the Council had even voted its, admittedly, perfunctory approval. Meanwhile, the DCPS trains still don't run on time to get toilet paper into the bathrooms. Some "reform"!
