Gray picks new Department of Employment Services chief
Mayor-elect Vincent C. Gray nominated Rochelle L. Webb, administrator of the Arizona Department of Economic Security, to run the Department of Employment Services -- a top priority for the Gray administration after education.
Webb is also president of the national association of state workforce agencies.
Gray also named Gustavo F. Velasquez and Clarence Brown back to their posts, as director of the Office of Human Rights and executive director of the Office on Aging, respectively.
