Gray confidant Lorraine Green retires from Amtrak
Lorraine Green, confidant to Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D), is retiring from her 14-year career as an executive at Amtrak on April 1, but she said she has no plans to join the Gray administration.

AFSCME endorses Vincent Orange in council race
