Neil Albert joins law firm as public policy adviser

Neil Albert, who served as city administrator under Mayor Adrian Fenty, has found a home in the private sector. He will join the law firm Holland & Knight as a senior public policy advisor beginning Feb. 28.

Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D) nominated a former commissioner of public health and a former adviser to two Virginia governors to oversee health and health-care finances in his new administration Friday.

Former Kaine aide to run D.C. Health Care Finance Agency

Wayne Turnage, former chief of staff to Gov. Timothy M. Kaine (D), will be named head of the D.C. Health Care Finance Agency, according to sources close to Kaine and D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray.

Gray picks new Department of Employment Services chief

Mayor-elect Vincent C. Gray nominated Rochelle L. Webb, administrator of the Arizona Department of Economic Security, to run the Department of Employment Services -- a top priority for the Gray administration after education.
