D.C. schools official chats about enrollment lottery

D.C. schools had a digital breakthrough Tuesday morning: it's first-ever live chat. Abigail Smith, chief of transformation management, spent an hour taking on-line questions about the out-of-boundary lottery process. The application period ends Sunday. Here's the transcript.
