Dance Team Roster Set
More on this later, but the Maryland NightHawks of the ABA announced that they've chosen their dance team roster. Finally. I believe this is the updated roster, complete with "athletes, educators, businesswomen, mothers and full-time students."
Other updates that didn't fit in my 200 word limit:
1) Bog fave "Money" Mike Sawyer told Gary "Digital" Williams that he will donate his entire purse from his upcoming Patriot Center fight to the Save Darfur campaign. Gotta love Money Mike. (And if you're a local writer named Gary Williams, good move adding the distinctive nickname. And good move not going with Gary "Sweaty" Williams.")
2) I thought I was cool for finding Al Saunders' hair salon, but this guy interviewed Abe Pollin's barber. (Find me a more classically, almost pathetically Washington group of celebrity barber clients than Doug Gansler, Bob Packwood and Abe Pollin.) (Apropos of nothing, Abe Pollin = Dobby the House Elf.)
3) Ravens nose tackle Kelly Gregg waited two months to update his blog, and then he teased us with a mere 58 words. Jerk.
4) Professionals are quitting their jobs to become small-batch cheese makers? Cheese School? Internships? Sign me up.
