Baseball Player Dead in Plane Crash
If you haven't been watching this on TV, ESPN.com and others are reporting that the Yankees' Cory Lidle died after piloting that plane that crashed into the 50-story condominium in Manhattan.
UPDATED: Listen to Lidle's recent interview with Mike and the Mad Dog here. It involves Mike and the Mad Dog and an absolutely inane parsing of harmless Lidle quotes in an effort to, I'm not sure, prove that Torre should be fired or something. Those guys are just brutal; I can't take it for more than a few seconds.
