The Missing Cheese
After I missed my high-drama cheese pick-up last Thursday, I realized that it would be best to take a bye week on the whole cheese thing. This week I will hit the Thursday pick-up, and offer a cheese tasting for some fromage flavored with a spice I've never encountered in cheese before. Stay tuned.
