What You Need to Know, in Fewer Than 300 Words

Suppose the lead story must be rumors that Clinton Portis is "cozying up" with former Flavor Flav squeeze Deelishis. Check out Unsilent Majority's extremely profane, borderline unsafe-for-work take on the matter. Also of note: NHL fans take over "Prison Break."

The Cavs ruin the Wiz, again, and Mike Wise worries about the team psyche. (Also, Songaila will have back surgery today, and the Celtics honor Red.)

The Nats have interviewed the Pirates AAA manager, Ramon Ortiz files for free agency but doesn't want to leave, Tarik El-Bashir unearths the financial details behind the Caps practice facility and DCU people continue to insist that they're the underdogs this weekend, a claim that is demonstrably false.

Today's Skins problem de jour: the second half. (That in addition to the big plays, the running game, the free agents, the play calling, the offense, and the defense.) Bill Parcells backtracks on his Jon Jansen criticism, Santana Moss seems extremely questionable but Mark Brunell feels "much better".

Maryland hires an architect for Byrd Stadium expansion, Josh Allen has mostly disappeared in the offense, the Terps men win a scrimmage against a DII team by just one point because of shaky defense, GW wins a scrimmage, as does George Mason, UVA adds an O-line recruit, and more Paul-Johnson-to-UNC speculation.

Extremely profane?
Yeah, that sounds about right.

Forget the Celt's ceremony, we'll do right by Red come Saturday night when they come into DC.

As I know a lot of United fans read this, can anyone tell me where I can get a United jersey before Sunday's game?

RE: United jersey

Buying the jersey inside the stadium at any of the stands on the concourse will be the easiest way, as most local stores have sold out their allocations months ago.

If you want to get it personalized (e.g. w/ Name and Number), there is one stand in the stadium that will do it for you while you wait. It's near the supporters group entrance.

Basically, if you are on the side of the stadium near the tunnel to Parking Lot 8, enter through the gate by the ticket booths and walk to your Right around the concourse (counter-clockwise around RFK).

The name/numbering stand will be a little ways down on your left.

You could probably just go to PJ's Sports in Bethesda. Vinny can also personalize it for you while you wait.

Could you post a picture of Delicious. I didn't watch the show, and when I did a google image search of her, only pastries came up. I'll love to see what the future Mrs. Portis looks like.

That's a rumour about C.P. I've actually heard he's dating a cute latina from D.C. I think he was seen at restaurant with her.
Too bad he's out for the season, but i'm glad atleast they've changed to Campbell now. IT'S ABOUT TIME!
