The Food section?

Is one of the area's big chefs involved in a radio food-fight promotion? Or handing out gifts to food fans around the city? Or are you trying to start a Euro-style wine and cheese fan group?

A review of the various food products at local college arenas?

Can't Agent Steinbog send one of his new interns to help out the Food section??

Posted by: Ajay | December 14, 2006 10:59 AM | Report abuse

I was actuallywondering why the intern wasn't set to reading the wash times for us.

"On assignment for the Food section"

Is that a euphemism for going to lunch?

Posted by: Kev | December 14, 2006 11:41 AM | Report abuse

Hibachi recipes?

Good one Kev. That's like saying your 20 minute dump was actually a meeting with Kimberly Clark (people tend to forget that is the name of the bathroom tissue supplier to most offices).

It's going straight to your hips Dan.

Our fearless scribe has gone all Rachel Ray on us?!

Posted by: Agent_Torpor | December 14, 2006 1:11 PM | Report abuse

That wouldn't be all bad. If someone would duct tape her mouth shut, Rachel Ray would be a bit of a looker.

Posted by: FS | December 14, 2006 1:14 PM | Report abuse

Steinbog just because you increased your Capitals coverage like we asked, doesn't mean you can Yan Can Cook on us.

Posted by: ThisGuy | December 14, 2006 1:38 PM | Report abuse

I think the name of the blog should be changed to DC Steinbog. Maybe it can get more publicity. DC Sports Bog doesn't roll of the tongue.

What do you say Dan?

Posted by: StealthArenas | December 14, 2006 1:52 PM | Report abuse

Food Section? Perhaps a story on stadium eats? How about some crusading journalism to get real half-smokes in our various sporting arenas?

Posted by: ouij | December 14, 2006 2:03 PM | Report abuse

Agent Steinbog,

Please tell me you are following up on Hibachi recipes as Bill said. That's about the only type of food I see Mr. Bog covering.

Posted by: Ajay | December 14, 2006 2:04 PM | Report abuse

Must be a cheese story. Good luck, Dan.

I hope "on assignment for the food section" doesn't mean "on the can with the runs".

Posted by: Scott | December 14, 2006 2:35 PM | Report abuse

Or perhaps crusade for food at RFK that won't cause anal leakage.

Posted by: AlecW81 | December 14, 2006 5:07 PM | Report abuse

"Rachel Ray" and "anal leakage".

The SteinBog = FIRST IN GOOGLE HITS for those terms.

I think he's been kidnapped.

Posted by: tadcranky | December 15, 2006 9:14 AM | Report abuse

Someone go check Shawn Kukendall, he'd be the likely suspect.
