Wizards Wear Santa Hats

Since my photo production process takes too long (entirely my fault), I didn't have these Wiz photos when I posted my very very long entry on the Wiz Party Bus last night. So I'll make up for that now.

Caron Butler seized control of this camera and went on a shooting spree. His pictures were likely better than mine.

Caron was super enthusiastic about that camera. You should have seen him ordering his teammates around so that he could get the best angles. A real pro.

I'm told that it doesn't look all that great to just throw up one photo after another, so to break up the art with text, here is a Wizards poem from Local Poll voter Bill:

Gilbert Arenas,
Power and grace
Never played for
Dick Versace

Shoots the long ball
Heats up the Hibachi
Drives the basket
Styles like Versace

There, art all broken up now, right? So many poets in these parts.

Roger Mason claimed he looked best in the Santa hat. Who am I to disagree?

I can't remember exactly which Wizards were wearing Santa hats. Obviously James Lang and Roger Mason, and they kept the hats on their heads virtually throughout the entire day. Etan Thomas had one of those great big black-red-yellow-green knit hats on his head, something that you'd expect a cashier at the local organic grocers to wear. Jarvis Hayes and Brendan Haywood and Caron Butler were just wearing regular old tight-fitting knit winter hats. Eddie Jordan was rocking the Santa hat look pretty hard, but I don't think I captured it.

Caron insisted that James Lang was the team's best Santa. Who am I to disagree?
