If Mason can finish above .500 but doesn't win the CAA tournament, would the Patriots likely host Maryland in the first round of the NIT?

But FS, isn't the important thing the ratio of points to games played? I mean, not to be a party pooper, but the Caps' ratio is, I believe, third-worst in the East. They'd have to win nine straight to have a ratio in line with the seventh or eighth seed, the way things stack up now. That's not great.

Dan, the Caps have taken 5 out of 6 points in their last three games, while missing 3 of their top 6 D-men. If you've watched many caps games recently, we have 2 rookie D-men (Schultz and Green) playing lots of minutes, and one D-Man (Heward)that reminds me of Darrel Green when he got too slow and old at the end of his career to be any effecting. Every time he touches the puck we have to hold our breath.

I imagine this is bog-worthy. Sun Ming Ming was on the Today show this morning, circa 8am. They asked him to dunk for them, and he promptly missed. Clutch. The ball bounced back toward the camera and they immediately cut to commercial with no segue.
When they came back, they showed (to my delight) the clip of the school kid heaving the three quarter court shot that rings the cheerleader right in the head. Then they showed Sun Ming Ming's second dunk attempt, in which he barely dunks the ball, has it bounce off his shoulder and carom directly off Meredith Viera's head.
That, my friends, is an awesome way to start a Friday.

That is also why Gheorghe does not have to fear Ming Squared making the League...

Other than an overall lack of depth, the main problem with the Capitals is that their defensemen can't pass the puck out of the neutral zone. The Kings are bad - they signed Willsie away from us - and the Capitals kept turning it over repeatedly. And seriously, it's not like they had a Jacques Lemaire trap going on down there. They really need Pothier and Erskine back. Sadly, I watched the office instead of the second period. I now understand the ways of the Bog.

You can never go wrong choosing the Office over anything.

What kind of formatting issues are you having toward the end of this blog?

Hi Caphcky!
Thought you were a UConn fan? All the stories you ripped off on your blog were about them . . .

You have to remember GW is run by a UConn grad and former player. Come to think of it, UVa has a UConn background.
Thanks for reading my blog!!!!!
