My Car Got Stolen

Just today, I guess. From right outside my house. So if you see a blue 1996 Dodge Caravan around town, lemme know.

The best part is, the car was worth nothing, and neither was anything inside it, but I'm 100 percent sure that my "Kwame vs. Cake" t-shirt from YAYsports! was inside the van, and I'm about 50 percent convinced that my DeShawn Stevenson "I Can't Feel My Face" t-shirt was also in there. That makes me sad. Those are collectors' items.

Anyhow, speaking of minivans, yesterday at the Eastern Motors shoot Antwaan Randle El was practicing his lines with Jackie Inman, who was playing the customer to his salesman. ARE asked her how many kids she had, since she said she wanted to buy a minivan. Jackie said she had two. Later, ARE wanted to discuss their children, but it turned out that Jackie doesn't really have kids; she was just acting.

"Because I have four," Randle El said. "And we don't--and won't--ride in a minivan."

So I was feeling bad about driving the minivan anyhow. Maybe this was fate.
