Wizards Lose

Wiz lose, 75-64. Ron Artest's brother is a DNP, although I did talk to both Daniel and Ron Artest about Daniel's pro prospects, which was fun. Nik Caner-Medley finished with just those three points. For the Wiz, Mike Hall had 12, J.R. Pinnock had 5 but looked erratic with the ball, Nick Young collected seven fouls, Pech had 9 and 5 but was on the wrong end of a dunk or two, McGuire had 10 and 7, and the team show 33.8 percent from the field, which qualifies as "bad." The Wiz were outscored 23-8 in the fourth.

Now the Mavericks are playing the Nuggets. All you need to know about the Nuggets is that Tim Grgurich is coaching the team wearing jeans shorts with a polo shirt tucked in. NBA coaches should not wear jeans shorts, under any circumstances. Also, Lamond Murray is on their Summer League roster. Lamond Murray is 34 years old. Also, their summer jerseys appear not to say the words "Denver" or "Nuggets," which an interesting marketing angle.

Tomorrow will have checkings up with Pops and Caner-Medley.

I don't even really care that Young and OPEC were missing all those shots, I'm still in love.
