Brunell on Being No. 3
Brunell on being the No. 3 QB:
"Actually I was disappointed, but it's coach's decision and nothing changes for me. I still approach the game the same way. You know, 'Be prepared.' But that's obviously his call and that's what we're going to do....I mean, I wasn't surprised. I think it could have gone either way simply because you've got two guys that are certainly qualified to be a backup, certainly qualified to go in there and win a game if necessary. So, you know, again, it's coach's call."
He was asked whether it was weird to hear that he's now a third-stringer.
"Yeah, maybe a little bit, but that's ok," he said. "Every year's different, and I've said for some time now the opportunity to be a part of this club, to be a part of this team, you know, I really consider it a privilege. Again, you go out there, you handle things like a professional, how you approach your job, and that's really it."
