Today in Ivan Carter and Mike Wise

Official Wizards Beat Writer Ivan Carter would like to send this message to his Wizards Insider minions: a fat Atlanta fan knocked his computer off the press table at the Hawks game and crushed it into a million pieces. Or, at least, made it non-operational. The laptop is day-to-day and is currently having excess fluid drained from its hard drive; Ivan is in the process of signing a replacement laptop to a 10-day contract and will blog at his earliest convenience.

Also, concerning Mike Wise, I missed about 65 minutes of planned Redskins tailgating wanderings on Sunday in favor of brunch with Wise, featuring a tremendous Wise-made coffee cake, a very nice Wise-made egg scramble with fresh herbs, broccoli and bell peppers, and some hot cocoa with whipped cream. Plus a trip to doggy day care. That's why I never managed to catch up with the D.C. Metro Eagles, Washington's Eagles Fan Club.

Why do you have to refer to the Atlanta fan as "fat"?

Big-boned may be a better choice of words.

The abundant attendance for Hawks games at Phillips Arena can create tight spaces. Who am I kidding, this dude must have been Mangino fat.
