Ovechkin-Green Price is Right

So everything that went wrong with this segment was entirely my fault. I spent upwards of $35 on various household supplies, intent on pitting Alex Ovechkin against 12-year-old Marshall Cartwright in a Price is Right battle hosted by Mike Green. The filming process lasted, near as I can remember, about four days, and was filled with more awkward pauses than a Mike Gundy press conference. The kind souls at Comcast SportsyNet decided to winnow this brilliance down into, oh, about 45 seconds.

All my apologies to Marshall, Alex, Mike Green, the Caps public relations staff and anyone who clicks play below. This will run tonight as part of Blog Show as part of Washington Post Live as part of the most wonderful all-sports Mid-Atlantic network in the world, somewhere between 5 and 6.
