Jordan Brand Does Georgetown

I'm not sure I quite share the elation of Hoya fans upon seeing a grim-faced JTIII (and McDonough?) star in this Jordan Brand Jumpman ad (sample quote: "Wow. That is all. Wow.") but put it this way: it's definitely more impressive than a Gary Williams radio ad for Subway. In terms of corporate partners, Michael Jordan >>>> Jared. Plus you can buy a "There Are No Cinderellas" t-shirt, which would make a Georgetown-George Mason 3-14 game in Raleigh awful fun.

And if that weren't enough Hoyas love, Nike also has a Hoya-inspired Jordan XV kick, available for just $219.99, which I assume (?) was the shoe the athletic department was giving out via drawing before the Louisville game. The image below also came via Hoya Talk, and also inspired more Hoya elation, and deservedly so, because instead of scanning the Internet for Nike campaigns the cross-town Terps's message board threads now have titles like "Who will you root for in the NCAA since the Terps are out of it?" I mean, even JTIII"s daughter is winning titles. She'll probably get a signature shoe next week.

Hoya shoes.
