For the second year in a row, I'm helping the fine folks at WaPo.com collect all manner of D.C. and national celebrity brackets, for you to compare yourselves against. All you have to do is submit a free bracket to the free Tourney Tracker, which is totally great, besides the scoring system, which I object to as strongly as one can object to a scoring system for a free contest run by one's employer.
