A Nationals Musical Interlude

Tunes to hum while waiting for Pro'Verb's new hit to drop....

Listen to "Nuts About the Nats," Charlie Brotman's more-than-fantastic ode to Washington Nationals Baseball. (why.i.hate.d.c. via Deadspin)

Help the Nats choose their Seventh Inning Stretch singer. Watch Screech's Best Friend Jeff from Nats 320 as he auditions! ( via Nats 320)

This isn't technically music, unless you consider tremendous ironic mustaches to be have a certain melody. But go look at Nick Johnson's mustache anyhow. (Mister Irrelevant. And see also the amazing shrinking Dmitri Young Bobblehead.)

Why must fans endure so many injustices just to watch a game of baseball... this terrible ode, Sweet Caroline, and the overly enthusiastic t-shirt throwing frat boy. Isn't the poor play up until about 10 days ago enough?!

Section 314 Row H-
You are SPOT ON. The t-shirt guy is named Clint and he is the WORST. Here is an online petition to get him removed.

As for that nats song, if it is ever played once, I am either setting the place on fire or handing back in my ticket plan. I'd rather hear Proverb's PSA song...the song is actually growing on me (not the Anthem song..the diss one). Go Wiz.
