Afternoon Look: Caps Ride Rollercoasters

Courtesy of the Washington Capitals
[Update: Just saw this on Caps Owner Ted Leonsis's blog, Ted's Take:
Real men and a better blogger would have been on the Superman roller coaster last night with our team instead of checking out the license plates on the streets of DC! He would have been on the Batman rides with our fans and management too.
What gives Dan? Scared of roller coasters?
It's my fault, Ted. Look, if it's not abundantly clear from the lack of coherence, humor, focus and relevance in my blog posts, I'm not Dan Steinberg. I'm also not very efficient. Thus, these photos, designated for the "Morning Look" category, became an "Afternoon Look." As for Dan being "man" enough to ride the rides, well, he can address that one.]
The Capitals were at Six Flags last night for a season-ticket holder party. Above, several team members and an unidentified blonde woman on Superman: Ride of Steel. It's just nice -- and healthy -- to see the fear in Don Brashear's eyes for once.
After the jump, Alex Ovechkin signs autographs for the kiddies and high-fives the guy who pays him a lot of (well-earned) cheddar.

Just as long as she keeps Jose happy, that is all we care about. We will have a better season that way.

Is Leonsis on meth or something?
