G Man Kisses the Rim, Betts Declines on Cutler

I'm chatting at noon. Stan Kasten is chatting at 11. Submit questions for both of us, but make mine better. Yes, I'm willing to talk about the flaming bag of poo that was left on my doorstep on Saturday night, and how it led to eight fire engines outside my home. I'll also talk about my decrepit brackets, and how best to manage a second chance pool.

Ladell Betts on whether the Skins need Jay Cutler: "Nah, I don't think so. Guys are good in certain systems....I'm not saying Cutler is a system quarterback, but you can't just assume that someone is just going to go somewhere else and automatically put up numbers and be better than somebody else. I mean, that's an unknown situation. There's no way anybody can say that with certainty. I think we're just fine with Jason as our quarterback." (Homer McFanboy)

Is it weird that there's a school called the Port Clinton Redskins? Or would it need to be called the Portis Clinton Redskins to be weird? (Port Clinton News Herald)

Mick Kern from NHL Home Ice lambastes Tom Boswell for writing about hockey. Sample:

"Ryan Malone understands how hockey works. You don't. Hockey ain't baseball or football. Somehow, someway, even in today's video game society, hockey is purer. Not by much, but by enough. And that is something you'll never understand. Leave my game alone. I appreciate it."

Ugh. (NHL Home Ice Blog)

Chico-Gate goes national. He's probably more famous than four-fifths of the Nats at this point. (Deadspin)

And in a related story, G Wiz starts a Twitter feed. I want live Tweets from Chipotle, starring Andray Blatche. (The Real G Wiz)
