Wizards get mistaken for MLS team
Perhaps this is an indication of how seriously the Los Angeles area regarded Tuesday night's showdown with the Wizards. Just before showing the game highlights, the "ABC7 Eyewitness News team" went ahead and treated viewers to the Kansas City Wizards's logo. The Kansas City Wizards play in MLS, and currently have zero players suspended indefinitely due to gun hijkinks.

The error might be forgivable iF THERE WASN'T A FREAKING SOCCER BALL on the logo.

ol' curt has some serious anchorman hair, thats for sure. agree with tom703, if there wasnt a soccer ball on the logo, it might be forgivable.
i'm sure the flunky they had doing graphics did a google search on wizards and copied the first logo that came up. lucky it wasnt a picture of harry potter. having lived in la and watched the local news, thats about par for the course out there.
