Mascot Madness and the Racing Presidents

If you haven't been watching Fox 5's Mascot Madness, you've been failing at life. If you can watch this clip of the George Mason Patriot crashing on the floor of a high school gym and then burying his head in shame after being scored upon by the Catholic Cardinal, and not smile (at least on the inside), your heart is officially made of shredded newspaper.

Speaking of Mascot Madness, ESPN's Doug Gottlieb is running a mascot bracket, in which fan votes determine which team advances. The 7th-seeded Racing Presidents are currently matched up with the 2nd-seeded Racing Sausages in the second round, and are losing. I share your concerns with the Racing Presidents becoming overexposed, but for civic pride, you really should vote for them over the sausages right now. Like, right now. Vote. Now.
