Donovan McNabb meets Justin Bieber

(By Amy Argetsinger - TWP)
Egads. Quoting from the Reliable Source's report on the WHCD:
Justin Bieber, the tiny tween idol with a big bow tie, was striding out of the dining room of the Hilton Washington Saturday night when a much larger man stopped him and asked to shake his hand.
"My daughter loves you," said Donovan McNabb.
Bieber, 16, with a swagger way beyond his years, turned and took the new Redskins quarterback's outstretched hand. "You might want to shake it before I go to the bathroom," the singer said. McNabb waited for Bieber to emerge from the men's room and asked for photo with him. "This is going to help me at home," he said.
Apparently, McNabb then proceeded to the Vanity Fair afterparty, along with Tony Romo. Yes, in a single night, the Skins franchise QB hung out with Justin Bieber and Tony Romo. Jason Campbell would not have done that.
Mike Shanahan was also there, and CNN's Tom Foreman ran into the coach:
Probably my favorite conversation was with the new coach for the Redskins, Mike Shanahan. Really personable guy! Of course, we were able to compare notes about both having lived in Denver during the Broncos 1998 Superbowl Championship, although oddly enough we talked more about hockey and the Avalanche. Go figure.
No word if Shanahan posed for pictures with Bieber. And of course, Shanahan and McNabb were guests of the Washington Times, a newspaper that doesn't have a sports section. That makes sense.
