Hideous. And I'm guessing by the time it hits the shelves, it will be red. One and done means you don't have to wear the school colors anymore...

Red? Better than than bronze and teal. Hopefully there's a uniform change in a year or two (too late to do it for next season, I believe) that merits a red, white and blue version.

Yes, red. Based on "Rock the Red" Ted Leonsis' comments, I believe the new Wizards primary color will be red.
But a color change will not help that hideous-looking shoe. Even the peasants and children working in the sweatshop factories in China and Vietnam cranking out that shoe are like, "Damn, that's an ugly shoe." All that webbing, looks like something Aquaman would wear.

The 1st pic was just awful. This pic is a little bit better. Still ugly. But the Zig Zag technology is really really comfortable. I'm sure they'll make a few tweaks and by all-star break, he'll have a new shoe for the rookie-sophomore game.
sidebar - Wow! We're finally getting a player into the rookie-sophomore game! I cant even remember the last time we had someone in there.
