Clipper Darrell does the John Wall dance

If you've been reading The Post's Summer League coverage at all this week, you know that L.A. Clippers super fan Clipper Darrell has inserted himself into the John Wall story. In Wall's second Summer League game, Darrell heckled him throughout, until it was clear that Wall was unfazed (and awesome), at which point Darrell changed his allegiance and professed love. Wall later said he loved Darrell, too.

Also, Clippers officials told Darrell to tone down his Wall-heckling act, for what he said was the first time in his superfandom.

The Clippers played the nightcap on Thursday, so Clipper Darrell was there for Wall's third game, screaming about his undying love for the rookie point guard throughout. These gyms are small and quiet enough that everyone in the building could hear every scream. Fans and media members laughed at the act. Players didn't often acknowledge it, but they absolutely heard it. They heard him telling the Mavs not to hurt Wall, and telling Wall that he loved him, and imploring Sam Cassell to put Wall back in the game to justify the Summer League ticket prices.

After the game, I went and talked to Darrell for a few seconds. He had been asking Wall to do the John Wall Dance, so I turned the tables and asked Darrell to do it himself. He tried. As you can see below, it's not his only dance move.

We need to bring back Robin Ficker so he can go off on Lebron and co this year.

I wonder is this Robin Ficker's illegitimate kid? This guy smiles and seems clownish, Ficker just seemed mean and angry at the world.

Ficker needs his credit for forcing Abe to build the Verizon Center.

To be a Super Fan of the Clippers, you clearly have to be insane.
