John Wall dancing in a Wizards jersey

John Wall has been sort of coy about whether he'll actually do the dance that's named after him this season, but the trailer for NBA 2K11 is less coy. Look. There's an animated John Wall, doing his dance in a Wizards jersey. (Via @ChrisLittmann.)
The Wizards, meantime, have been busy photoshopping Wizards jerseys onto the torsos of all their new additions. Truth About It has the full rundown, which includes Gilbert Arenas in a No. 9 jersey and Kirk Hinrich wearing an Abe Pollin commemorative patch.

More to the point.... change the uniforms & change the name back to the Bullets. Abe Pollin was a wonderful man who loved the city. I appreciated & understood what he hoped to accomplish. But, the name change was an over-reaction that did little to address the underlying problem...in the city or with the team. Close the book on several embarrassing chapters of the franchise's history all at once. New players, new look, old name to all point the way back to becoming a proud/model league franchise.
